About
Ela Moyal is an architect and alumna of AAIRL. Her research examined urban renewal policy in Israel, focusing on facade renovation programs in Tel Aviv and their implications for urban design, housing quality, and the lived experience of residents.
Her work contributed to the lab’s urban studies research, which investigates how planning policies and development mechanisms shape built environments and communities.
